محاضرة الميكرو النهارده مهمة جدا وبيجي منها أسئلة في الإمتحان 

بدأنا فيها ب morphology of prokaryotes وال هو the shape of the cell واخدنا خمس أشكال للبكتريا تحت الميكروسكوب 
‌cocci (round -shaped )مفردها coccus 
ولما بتتكاثر اما تبقي diplococci يا اما تبقي في جروب علي chain اسمها streptococci او في irrigular clusters اسمها staphylococci ومطلوب مننا نعرف الفرق بينهم كويس 
‌bacilli (rods shaped)
‌vibrio (comma shaped or curved rods)
‌spirilla (flexible,colid)
‌spirochetes (corkscrew shaped)
بعد كده اخدنا classification of prokaryotes
‌filamentous
‌true bacteria ( cocci & bacilliتنقسم إلي )
‌spirochetes( BLT تختصر الامثلة بتاعتها في)
‌mycoplasma
‌rickettsiae & chlamydiae 
وبعد كده اخدنا reproduction of bacteria by binary fision يعني إنقسام ثنائي
وcell stracture and funcation & stractures out side cytoplasmic membrane

‌examples مهمه جدا شفوي ونظري وبتيجي mcq
‌3 motile organisms(vibrio, spirilla,spirochetes)
‌بنفرق ما بين(طويله ومضغوطة ) spirilla&spirochetes (طويله ومفروده)
‌أول ما نشوفgram violet بتبقي :
Gram positive & less toxic & thick cell wall 
Gram pink بتبقي 
gram negative & more toxic & thin cell wall
‌prokaryotes have cell wall except mycoplasma
‌cytoplasmic (plasma) membrane =cell membrane
